What's the difference between Snapshot and HCIF?
Snapshot is the 60-second audit you send a prospect — 3 mistakes, 3 upgrades, killer CTA. HCIF is the full rebuild a buyer gets after they hire you (or you build for yourself): bio, 3x3 grid, DM scripts, deployment plan.
Do I need to upload an Instagram screenshot?
Optional. Both engines work text-only or with a screenshot. Screenshots use Llama 3.2 Vision and produce more grounded, specific output.
Can I use the output to close clients?
That's literally what it's built for. Snapshot Engine outputs are designed to be a deliverable in DM. HCIF outputs are the full system you'd hand to a buyer after they pay you.
How does this work with The Forge?
The Forge defines your strategy (positioning, content, DM, offer). ICOS deploys it on Instagram. Buy them as a stack, run them sequentially: Forge → ICOS → execution.
